Storage: Store at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing, store between 0-4 °C refrigerated after opening and in this case consume within 24 hours at the latest.
 
Preparation method: To preserve the taste and texture of the product, avoid: too much oil, overcooking or boiling. In recipes with liquid, we recommend adding the product as the last ingredient and briefly stir-frying before it.

In the pan:

Sauté with a tablespoon of oil.

Oven 200ºC:

The use of a little oil is recommended.
