Product Description: Vegetable soy protein product with 1.6% extra virgin olive oil.

Storage: Store at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after thawing, store between 0-4 °C refrigerated after opening, in which case consume within 24 hours at the latest.

Preparation method: 

To enjoy nuggets that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, we recommend:

Frying pan: put a tablespoon of oil in the pan and fry the nuggets over medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes, flipping each side after 3-4 minutes.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place on a non-stick surface and bake for a total of 11 minutes, turning halfway through.

Air fryer: bake for 5 minutes at 175ºC, turning halfway through
